Sebastian Reinecke is a Vice President at Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, where he leads operational due diligence and value creation initiatives across the firm’s European portfolio companies.
He previously held operational leadership roles at Solenis (a Platinum Equity portfolio company) and Building Materials Suisse (a Blackstone portfolio company), which he joined ahead of its divestment from CRH. Earlier, Sebastian worked in Corporate Strategy at Deutsche Bank and began his career as an Analyst in Automotive and Industrial M&A at Rothschild.
He has extensive experience in strategic growth, restructuring, and operational transformation, and has executed numerous M&A transactions, including complex carve-outs and integrations across multiple geographies and sectors.
Sebastian holds a B.A. in Business Economics and Mathematics from the College of Wooster and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
