Xavier Lambert is a Managing Director at Pacific Avenue Capital Partners. Based in Paris, Mr. Lambert leads the firm’s European operations, overseeing transaction sourcing, execution, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Pacific Avenue, Mr. Lambert served as a Principal at OpenGate Capital in the firm’s Paris office (European HQ), where he was responsible for due diligence and executing acquisitions across sectors such as Aerospace & Defense, Building Products, and Metals, while also overseeing Chemicals and Materials. During his 12 years at OpenGate, Mr. Lambert completed more than 10 acquisitions and a similar number of exits, with a strong focus on corporate carve-outs.
Mr. Lambert graduated from EM Lyon Business School with a Master of Science in Management.
