John Middleton is Director of Tax at Pacific Avenue Capital Partners. In his role at Pacific, Mr. Middleton is responsible for the Firm’s tax due diligence for M&A, tax planning and tax compliance efforts.
Mr. Middleton has over twenty years of tax experience in public accounting, including BDO, Deloitte and E&Y. Mr. Middleton graduated with a LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University.
