Amy Rice is Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Avenue Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Pacific, Ms. Rice spent 17 years at Oaktree Capital Management, most recently as Managing Director, Capital Solutions. She previously served as Managing Director, Fund COO of Oaktree’s Special Situations Group, and began her career there as an investment professional.
Before Oaktree, she was an Associate in private equity at Lindsay Goldberg and an Analyst in Leveraged Finance at Deutsche Bank. Ms. Rice holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar, and an A.B. in Biology from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude with highest honors.
