Adolfo Guerra is a Vice President at Pacific Avenue Capital Partners. In his role at Pacific, Adolfo focuses on acquisition due diligence, carveout execution, general operations management, and value creation strategies across Pacific’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Pacific, Adolfo focused on commercial effectiveness, operational improvement, and M&A at ServiceNow. Previously, he was an Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, advising clients across the industrials, healthcare, and technology sectors. Adolfo graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from UFMG in Brazil and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He is a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.
