LOS ANGELES, CA — Private investment firm Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, LLC (“Pacific Avenue”), announces the acquisition of the Long Beach facility and assets of Novo Health Services. The facility specializes in surgical pack processing and client-owned instrument sterilization. The Acquisition was a proprietary purchase directly from Novo Health Services.
Alongside the acquisition and in partnership with Novo Healthcare Systems, Pacific Avenue is excited to announce the appointment of Jennifer Greisen as President of SPSA. Jennifer Greisen is a veteran of the medical device industry with more than 18 years of experience in the field with a focus in sales and business development. Her previous experience as Director of Regional Sales and Operations at Novo Health Services will build the foundation for a seamless transition at the Long Beach facility.
